We use this system for our Purchased Orders. Works great almost everyone loves being able to see the whole history of each PO. Right now everything is working perfectly and we have no issues. But we do have a lot of attachments mainly PDFs and the database of course is growing.
Would it be best to stick with the attachments being stored in the database or would it be better to use the plugin to store the attachments in the file system.
We run our own MySQL server it is separate from the osTicket server and both have plenty of power. I am not an expert at MySQL but I have tuned it the best I can. The system is fast an responsive now I am just worried about the future. Any advice would be most appreciated.
