I am testing osTicket for the company employing me. Their requirements include:
- draft capability: use should be able to start writing and answer, switch to another case, and come back later to the "draft" ticket.
That requirement is quite well managed by osTicket, except for new tickets. - check the attachments before sending a reply: they want to be able, after attaching files to an answer, to check what they have just attached. To allow that, the newly attached file(s) should be immediately displayed as an hyperlink, as soon as they are uploaded, so that the user can click on it to download/open the attachment before sending. I guess this point would be a quite simple change.
