Just had a quick suggestion regarding the required fields when creating a ticket.
I have had quite a few colleagues say that the small red asterisk and bold font isn't obvious enough for them and they often overlook a required field when trying to open a new ticket. Now admittedly this has some to do with user error and competence, but the fact that I have had more people suggest it to me maybe hints it could be improved. Perhaps the input box could be outlined in red, or the font color changed and not just bold, or something larger than an asterisk (!! for example).
Just something small to maybe consider adding to the standard in a future version.
