Hello,

I have feature request related to agent reply sending status...
Some times people call and say that they did not received answer for their requests, but answer was provided and does exists in ticket...
Investigation showed that sometimes sending reply mail fails and it is stated in system log

So what I'd like to see:
- some mark near agent reply if mail sending success or failed
- make several attempts to send mail in case of failure..
- may be possibility to request "delivery confirmation" and "reading confirmation" and display this info neat reply message
