Parse # in Ticket # update

This is a very trivial request so I understand if it's frowned upon.

But currently if you copy and paste a ticket number from an email that is sent to the end user... typically you get a # on the front of it. ie #000001.

The Current Version doesn't parse the #. This was confusing at first but would be nice if this was parsed out and it just moved on to letting the user update the ticket.
