Great product - thanks for making and supporting it!
One question, I would like all teammembers (or ones I select) to receive notifications of new tickets being opened.
At the moment, me and one other team member get those initial notifications, everyone else only gets a notification of stale tickets and tickets being transferred.
I have tweaked settings and stuff and nothing.
I even made one employee the same user level and settings as me, and they still didnt get the initial new ticket opened notifications.
What am I doing wrong :(
Its like the settings for that bit are not being factored in
